Clicking on a scheduled appointment gives you access to the subject of the appointment, the contact details, the time, the location and the member of staff involve, as well as any related notes and additional information linked to the appointment.

This makes it easy to qualify the way the appointment was handled, by indicating that the appointment started and then ended at the end of the interview.

This is also where you can indicate that the user did not show up, or simply cancel the appointment if necessary.
