Then select a member of staff to access their information and opening times for arranging appointments.

Here you can :

Check the linked services, e.g. "One-to-one morning meeting".
Check the corresponding opening times and change them if necessary, e.g. in this case mornings only.

The agenda can be synchronised with an ICS, so that availability is conditioned by events in external agendas.

Going even further, native connectors allow you to synchronise a Google, Outlook/Teams O365 or Salesforce account. Appointments can then appear in your other agendas, and videoconferencing links can be automatically generated.
